Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site preparation.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Valid ID or Social Security Number for employment eligibility.
