Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks including framing, drywall, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under strict supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general preparation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
