Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company procedures
- Complete shift documentation and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical project phases
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to remote sites
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment physical and background screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
