Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist in excavation, digging, and preparing sites for foundation work.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts (evenings and overnight) consistently.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards.
- Strong team player attitude with a focus on productivity.
