Responsibilities
- Site Operations: Assist in the setup and execution of construction projects, including framing, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, ensuring the job site remains safe and efficient.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under the guidance of site supervisors.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards.
- Task Assistance: Support lead workers and other tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure work meets our high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- License: Valid California Driver’s License is required.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are preferred; if you own them, please bring them.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
