Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.
- Perform site cleanup duties, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Set up and tear down temporary barriers, scaffolding, and signage.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
