Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, cleaning, and preparing construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (shovels, saws, levels) safely and correctly.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as required by the project specifications.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety plans strictly.
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and standing.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience in construction, general labor, or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read basic blueprints, safety signs, and understand verbal instructions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
