Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Operate construction machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to support project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
- Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but we welcome motivated beginners.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
