Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and installations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for each job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Illinois (and willing to relocate to Ohio if applicable).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
