As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport heavy materials using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Perform general site duties including digging, filling, and tamping earth.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
