Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, and setting up scaffolding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic measurements, mixing, and pouring of concrete or other materials as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and ability to read and follow simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
