Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic equipment safely (hand tools, power tools, light machinery)
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies to job sites
- Maintain organized work areas and contribute to project cleanliness
- Support framing, concrete work, demolition, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm)
