Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with loading/unloading tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, compactors) after proper training
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
