Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, cleanup, and daily operations.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols strictly.
- Handle basic site measurements and layout tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
