Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and foundational work with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight construction deadlines
- Operate power tools and machinery including jackhammers, saws, and forklifts

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool operation knowledge
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
