Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to site safety regulations.
- Follow all project blueprints and supervisor instructions.
- Perform minor site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols at all times.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
