Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on-site.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) as required and trained.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with demolition, concrete pouring, and general site preparation tasks.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols is a plus.
- Must have a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
