Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and waste regularly.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Measurements: Help with basic measurements and marking of areas as directed by supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train the right candidates from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctuality record.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform simple calculations.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
