Responsibilities
- Site Support: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site efficiently.
- Crew Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and projects.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning up debris and spills.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Material Handling: Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome beginners! On-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites in San Antonio and Florida.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
