Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and project instructions.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
