Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, framers) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup, site maintenance, and waste removal.
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity estimation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
