Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, hauling, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Willingness to learn quickly and follow strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
