Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostics on complex electrical equipment and troubleshoot faults
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers for seamless execution
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Strong proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and system diagnostics expertise
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
