Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction duties and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Clear debris, dirt, and obstacles from job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools, including drills, saws, and levels.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform minor cleanup and maintenance tasks around the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to learn and follow safety instructions.
