Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with a variety of general construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris as directed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
