Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist with basic carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and painting tasks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and trash.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform site preparation duties including digging, tamping, and leveling.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project needs require.
