Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/un construction materials and tools
- Read basic blueprints and instructions
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanup
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with strong work ethic
