Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
