Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily task assignments efficiently and report progress to supervisors
