Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
