Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
