Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Prepare job sites (clearing, trenching, grading)

- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Support concrete forming/pouring activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Steel-toe boots & work attire required
- Basic tool knowledge (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa sites
