Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and grading
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, carrying, and cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Team player with positive attitude
