Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and task execution
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unuck trucks and manage inventory of construction materials
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
