Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas

- Operate light machinery (forklifts, concrete saws) after training
- Transport materials to designated locations using carts or vehicles

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
