Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling tasks using hand tools and light machinery
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, etc.) under supervision with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and waste management
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary work structures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
