Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle and transport construction materials safely and efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with layout tasks and material staging
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard awareness
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
