Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and concrete pouring tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
