Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (saws, drills, levels) under supervision

- Follow verbal instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Support skilled trades on residential and commercial projects
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license (Class C or higher preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
