Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely (training provided)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task completion
- Maintain clean, organized job sites according to safety standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
- Support various construction phases (framing, concrete, finishing)
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Dallas metro
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
