Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial wiring.
- Tools: Possession of a comprehensive set of hand and power tools.
- Driver’s License: Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders safely.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
