Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic carpentry tasks (framing, formwork) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools following safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople in completing daily tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to submit to background/drug checks
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
