Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and construction sites.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, or drywall installation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
