Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Prepare construction sites (clearing, leveling, debris removal)
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Load/unload trucks and equipment
- Participate in team-based construction tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
