Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling and site prep
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols rigorously
- Complete daily time cards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
- Must provide own basic work boots and gloves
