Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with construction tasks
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
