Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and scaffolding setup
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Assist in equipment maintenance and job site security
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic understanding of safety practices and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
