Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic tasks under supervision (e.g., digging, carrying, measuring)
- Maintain organized and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand tools and equipment with proper training
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and support tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
