Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general cleanup duties including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
