Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform basic demolition and excavation duties as directed
- Assist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
